I will develop an individual progressive training programme suitable for your needs and goals. As your body adapts to the training programme, changes will be made to the programme to keep challenging your body and make the improvements you would like to see.
Along with the training provided, you will receive regular information on how to look after your body by way of nutrition and good training technique. The two go hand in hand in order to achieve your goals.
The information provided can be passed onto other family members too, health and good nutrition is a vital part of everyone’s life and should start from a young age.
