This is a 12 week program designed to meet your individual needs, whether it be for a special event, a holiday (want to look good in that bikini!) or simply want
to make improvements.

Have you ever set out your stall and said to yourself “right that’s it, I’m off to the gym, starting my diet and I’m going to lose weight and get back into those jeans and start feeling good about myself again!” Well you’re not on your own. Many people start out with good intentions but get a little lost along the way. Something usually crops up, or you have a bad diet day and end up back at the starting line, “sound familiar.

With my help together we can make it happen, I will do my utmost to keep you focused, motivated and keep you on track, together we will cross the finishing line.

Your 12 week plan will include:

2 x 1hr training sessions with me.

I will guide you through a workout plan designed specifically for you.

You will receive home workout plans.

Advice on healthy eating and a structured eating plan.

Regular weight & measurement monitoring.

I will also be available to answer any questions via e-mail/telephone throughout the 12 week program.
